the outpour of energy from this wedding was unlike any i’ve seen. aaron and ariella’s people showed up, and showed up with JOY.

A + A’s day rang true to their jewish traditions, persian heritage, and celebrated all those around them. the modernity of chelsea glasshouse with the food, decor and florals, combined with the honoring of traditional faith was one of a kind.

this wedding in particular inspired the street photographer in me; with larger weddings, my documentary approach feels like leaning back, letting the vibrancy of the scene settle in, and capturing it all with an honest eye.
